Shipping is FREE for small item orders* above RM100 that are delivered to Peninsula Malaysia.


* Free shipping is NOT available for big items order, including but not limited to wheelchair, bed, mattress, mobility aid devices, shower chair, walking aid and crutches. Indicator upon checkout will be the final decision.

What are your delivery charges?

For orders below RM100, the delivery charges are as below

To Peninsular Malaysia:

  • RM11 for orders with small items
  • RM50 for orders with big items (Big item order are not eligible for free shipping)

To East Malaysia

  • RM11 for orders with small items
  • RM180 for orders with big items (Big item order are not eligible for free shipping)


Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do ship to overseas.

However, it is the customers’ responsibilities to ensure the products ordered are complied to regulation as set by local immigration and health ministry.

Carepop would not refund nor be hold responsible for additional cross-border charges, as well as any product that are confiscated by local authorities.


I've made payment today, will you ship on the same day?

Yes, your order will be shipped out on the same day provided your order is made by 1pm (Monday - Friday).

We ship to all states in Malaysia (Perlis, Kedah, Pulau Pinang, Perak, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Johor, Kelantan, Trengganu, Negeri Sembilan, Sabah & Sarawak) 


What is your delivery lead time?

For customers residing in West Malaysia, the estimated lead time will be 3-5 working days.

For customers residing in East Malaysia, the estimated lead time will be 5-7 working days.

While the Carepop team will try our best to deliver your product soonest possible, actual arrival date is subject to courier service provider and other unforeseeable conditions.


Do you provide free shipping?

Yes, Carepop provides free shipping for certain orders to West Malaysia. Please refer above for more details


My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes our delivery partner’s tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
